Multi-language Content OS at the speed of an enterprise CCaaS launch
Where they were before the engine
Every new Voiso market launch was bottlenecked by content. Writers had to research the local CCaaS landscape, translate brand voice, adapt examples, and ship – per market, per article. The result: launches gated by content, not by sales readiness. And once content shipped, no one was optimizing it for AI-engine surfacing.
How the engine got to work
Multi-brand workspace
Upfront’s Scale plan gave Voiso a workspace per launch region, each with localized ICP, persona, and brand voice – so the engine could draft natively for nine markets in parallel.
Pillar mirroring
We mirrored Voiso’s English content pillars across all target languages, then locally tuned each pillar based on regional query mining (the same questions show up differently in German vs. Indonesian search behavior).
Native-language drafting
Articles were drafted directly in target languages – not translated from English. Result: copy that reads native, with the locally relevant examples a translator would never know to add.
GEO-first formatting
Every article launched with TL;DR, schema, and answer-engine-friendly structure – so first-week AIO indexing was baked in, not bolted on.
What changed in 90 days
Marketing was no longer the bottleneck for going into a new market. The day sales said ‘we’re ready,’ Upfront-AI had already shipped 60 articles in the language and the AI engines were already citing them.
